First Years Learning Center is a government licensed and subsidized child care center with 90 full time spaces in the east end of Regina.
Our center has a full time nutritionist that make all meals, we do our best to provide a nutritious menu that is child friendly for everyone to enjoy. All of our muffins, loaves, cookies, soups & casseroles are created from scratch. We also serve a fruit/vegetable with every meal and milk at least twice a day.
Our 4-week rotating menu is in accordance with Canada’s Food Guide & the requirements from the Ministry of Education- Early Years Branch.

We are a Nut Aware center that carefully examines labels of all food items brought into the center. We will not allow any type of food that has may have come in contact or been made in a center that deals with nuts.

Hours of Operation
Our Learning Center is open 6:30am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday and closed on all Statutory Holidays.
The Center may close on Boxing Day at the Leadership Team’s discretion, informed by parent need.
Fees
Monthly Fees (Effective October 1, 2024)
Tuition is payable if a child is sick or on holidays.

*The above fee schedule is based on the Canada-Saskatchewan Childcare Agreement. If, at any time, these grants are taken away, you will be liable to pay the full fee amount.
**The Canada-Saskatchewan Childcare Agreement does not include children ages 6 and up.
Fees Due upon Registration:
